Weight Watchers, week 29
Dec. 8th, 2009 08:02 amOkay, back on track. 306.0 today, down 0.4 from two weeks ago. I seem to be settlign in gradually to the amlodipine, and it really is reducing my blood pressure on the high end. Now to see if I can get work done.
