Weight Watchers, week 10

ceri Down 3.6 pounds this week, for a total of 14.8 in 10 weeks. Three and a half pounds in one week is actually more than is wise, but it's because of the digestive problems from adjusting to my full metformin dosage plus fatigue and stress and the heat. I have a feeling that this next week will also be one of more weight loss than is wise overall, with the continuing heat, and then that I'll get back in balance.
Must say I'm pleased. I notice a small but real improvement in my belly, with shirts fitting that bit more comfortably when I'm sitting down.
