 Down 3.6 pounds this week, for a total of 14.8 in 10 weeks. Three and a half pounds in one week is actually more than is wise, but it's because of the digestive problems from adjusting to my full metformin dosage plus fatigue and stress and the heat. I have a feeling that this next week will also be one of more weight loss than is wise overall, with the continuing heat, and then that I'll get back in balance.

Must say I'm pleased. I notice a small but real improvement in my belly, with shirts fitting that bit more comfortably when I'm sitting down.

Congratulations on your weight loss! I wonder if I should rejoin WW myself; there's a meeting in my YMCA, which is 4 blocks from home, but I've done WW before and not stuck with it, so I'm not sure.

By the way, I found your journal in a search and added you. Hope that's okay; if not, I'll be happy to remove you.

Yeah I tried the online thing myself, too, but I didn't really stick with it. I'm already keeping track of my exercize in my journal, and I find that keeping track of food doesn't really help because I either don't remember what I eat or I'm not honest about it. And now that I think about it, I work out with a group once a week, and a trainer once a week, and I have a scale at home, so that might be all I need. If not, then I'll save up for the WW joiner's fee, assuming the meeting are on a day when I can go.
