Weight Watchers, week 12

Up 0.4 pounds right now, to 313.6. But, um, my stomach's acting up again, and I could finish the day up half a pound or down a full pound and I'd hate to bet. The real meaning is "holding steady", which is not bad for a week where I was very tired and did very little out and around. I will hope to exploit the cool weather while I've got it and exercise more again.
