Weight Watchers, week 16

Pleasant surprise! Down 1.6 pounds, to 310.4. I was expecting to hold steady or even be up a pound or two this week, but apparently the arrival of rain and the allergy cleansing it brings more than offset environmental factors messing up my metabolism. I'm within a pound of where I was before the cold and stuff hit.

Back on track and movin' on!
 
I've done something to help my morale that I will post about when I know whether it helped or not, rather than guess, too.
