I got graphs.

#1: Weight, in pounds.

#2: Steps taken, total and aerobic (that is, continuous periods of walking for 10 minutes or more).

#3: Miles walked, at my current gait of about 24 inches and change.

The two-day cycle is one of those facts of life for me. My body needs a day to recover after a day with some effort in it: my lymphatic system is a very unhappy camper, and puts beans up its nose when asked to do real work. But I hope to slide the numbers up even though I expect the basic shape of the curve to remain about the same for a good while yet.

Priority for this week: get off this lil' plateau around 326.

I am very happy at this beginning.

graphs! so very pretty. what software do you use?

and look, you walked every day, even if just a little because you needed a day to recover -- yay! i find it easier to maintain an exercise regime if i try to do a little every day; it becomes more easily a habit, and that means i am more likely to keep it up.
