ceri Down 1.2 pounds to 304.4. Progress resumes! My blood pressure continues to creep down, and my blood glucose numbers are good, and my appetite's in order. Happy me!

Date: 2010-01-07 03:02 am (UTC)I was bracing for a bad BP reading on my two-weeks-on-Vyvance follow-up Monday, but it came in kind of ordinarily high - 132::90 needs treating, but I was bracing for something more like 150::100 or something.
Also, it is very definitely an appetite suppressant, so I expect to start shedding some of the unhealthy pounds I've repacked in the last two years.
